About us

Rosie has over eight years of experience as a consultant, working across and leading over 50 projects during this time. Rosie has worked on projects relating to Aboriginal affairs, children and young people, cultural reform, disability, employment and economic development, environmental sustainability, family and domestic violence, gender equality, health and mental health, housing and homelessness, justice and youth justice, and social entitlements.

Rosie has a passion for research and evaluation that is ethical, meaningful, and beneficial to policy / program recipients, as reflected in the values of New Era Advisory. Rosie has overseen or contributed to the successful obtainment of ethics approval from the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (AIATSIS), Bellberry, and Menzies School of Health Research.

Rosie also worked on the research team of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Workplace review under the former Australian Human Rights Commission Sex Discrimination Commissioner, Kate Jenkins. View the report here.

Rosie has a Bachelor of Political, Economic and Social Science degree with Honours (I) from the University of Sydney, specialising in Government and International Relations, and Sociology and Social Policy.
